Requirements
Perform general yard work, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and basic gardening.
Complete minor home repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional living environment.
Assist with waste removal, cleaning outdoor areas, and maintaining accessibility pathways.
Follow personalized service plans tailored to the needs and preferences of individuals
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction with the work.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Adhere to workplace health and safety standards, including safe use of tools and materials.
Collaborate with support workers and other team members to meet client needs holistically.
Respect personal boundaries and maintain a professional, courteous presence in clients' homes
